The Role
Principia, the leading global advisor on ethical business, is seeking a specialist to support our demand generation and sales activities. This is an exciting opportunity during a period of growth for someone seeking a flexible work opportunity, supporting senior leaders to generate demand for Principia’s services, provide materials for clients and manage CRM processes. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and a deep understanding of sales enablement, tailored to Principia’s strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Sales Enablement:
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including proposal templates, pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content that grows Principia’s brand and profile.
- Identify and rollout best practices for the effective use of sales collateral to drive successful client engagements.
- Work closely with the Principia team to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain the CRM system and support senior leaders with reminders and progress updates.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts, including the impact of tools and resources on the sales process.
Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns in line with Principia’s content strategy to attract clients seeking ethical consulting services, utilizing channels such as email marketing, content marketing, social media (Linked In), and industry events.
- Collaborate with client teams to create insightful content that resonates with organizations looking to enhance their ethical practices and navigate complex ethical dilemmas.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage lead generation activities and ensure effective lead nurturing through personalized follow-ups and automated workflows.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and write website content.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills essential, with experience creating pitch decks and case study materials.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with consulting sales processes is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing campaign performance and sales processes.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Experience with B2B and/or for consultancies preferable.
