Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Engagement Lead to join our growing team. As a Client Engagement Lead, you will serve as the first point of contact with a number of our clients, managing and maintaining C-suite relationships while leading individual client engagements and managing engagement teams. The ideal candidate will have an interest in ethical and responsible business, experience delivering complex strategy consulting engagements, and the ability to develop trusted relationships and provide counsel to senior leaders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Holding overall responsibility for a number of client accounts, building effective C-suite relationships
- Proactively scoping, selling, and delivering high-quality, impactful client engagements
- Leading client engagement teams, including coaching and mentoring our people
- Developing our approaches and methodologies to deliver high-impact engagements
Essential experience:
- A minimum of six years’ experience with a top-tier strategy or specialist consultancy
- A track record of leading high-visibility strategy engagements for C-suite clients
- Experience in day-to-day interaction with senior client executives and project leads
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in providing trusted counsel to senior leaders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-border and remote/hybrid teams
- Experience in managing engagement resourcing and project financials
Desirable experience:
- Skills in quantitative analysis and data analytics
- Skills in facilitating workshops with executives and/or interviewing senior clients and stakeholders
- Interest and experience in applying academic research to develop consulting methodologies
