Leonardo Werner specializes in corporate governance, business ethics, organizational culture, and change management.

Before joining Principia, he gained experience in corporate intelligence, compliance, and reputational due diligence, supporting clients operating in Latin America.

He has a background in Law and holds a master’s degree in Philosophy of Science, Technology, and Society from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Leonardo is also a fellow at FreedomLab, an Amsterdam-based think tank, where he contributes articles about the impacts of digital technologies on everyday life.
