Katja is an interdisciplinary researcher with significant experience in conducting evidence-based research and analysis on a range of policy and applied ethics issues.
She has a political science PhD from the University of Queensland, and her current research focuses on professional ethics and integrity issues in the building and aquaculture industries.
She was a contributing researcher and project manager for the Australian Research Council (ARC) Linkage Project “Constructing Building Integrity: Raising Standards through Professionalism” led by the Griffith University Institute for Ethics, Governance and Law (IGEL) and has led and co-authored numerous academic and industry publications on these topics.
