Darren has experience in leading premiere organizations including DuPont, Campbell Soup Company, IBM and Raytheon Technologies. Most recently, he was the Chief People Officer of KPMG LLP and a member of its management committee.

Darren has a degree in Sociology from the University of Oswego and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
