Drawing on training from several leading global universities, she brings over a decade of experience translating evidence into actionable insight, applying advanced quantitative methods across behavioral science, biomedicine, and economics.
Odessa helps organizations globally manage behavioral risk by identifying and mitigating counterproductive behaviors, while promoting constructive ones that drive positive outcomes. Her modus operandi is shaped by years of consulting for financial institutions, development banks, management consultancies, and multinational organisztions operating outside formal regulatory frameworks. This is complemented by learnings from Harvard University, the London School of Economics, University College London, and the University of Oxford.
With Board-level experience, Odessa has guest lectured on Executive MBA and Leadership programs and speaks internationally at scientific and professional conferences. Her research has been published in leading journals and featured in major media and news outlets.
Her advisory work is underpinned by accreditation as a British Psychological Society psychologist and psychometrician. She holds a PhD in Biobehavioral Epidemiology and Precision Medicine, an MSc with Distinction in Psychological Sciences, and a First-Class degree with Honours in Organizational Psychology summa cum laude.
