A Principal with deep expertise in people, culture, performance and governance and an unwavering commitment to integrity, inclusion and ethics. Geraldine draws on her experience from multiple perspectives as a senior executive, board director and board performance consultant.
Geraldine has held Group Executive Committee roles in professional services firms, financial services and the aviation sector with a particular focus on people, culture and operations.
She has also served on a wide range of not-for-profit and private company boards and advisory boards and chaired board People, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Geraldine holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) and Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University.
