Alongside Principia, Isabel continues to consult for a range of nonprofits, philanthropic foundations, faith-based organizations, the UN, and the World Bank on organizational ethics. Isabel also guest-lectures at different universities and sits on several nonprofit boards.

She is currently a PhD candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University in the Netherlands, where she researches unethical behavior of nonprofit organizations.
