Her work primarily involves the design and testing of behavioural interventions to drive cultural change within organisations, particularly financial institutions. Her research focuses on the intersection of leader behaviour, employee voice, inclusion, and organisational behavioural risk. Formerly, she was Head of Insights at the Financial Services Culture Board and worked in the Financial Conduct Authority’s behavioural economics and data science team, specialising in organisational behaviour. Kate is an alumnus of the University of Bristol and University College London.
