Katherine Rickus has a PhD in Philosophy (Moral Psychology), and is a psychiatrist with interests in behavioral ethics, motivational psychology, organizational culture, and workplace well-being, including emotionally-informed approaches to culture interventions.

She has been employed in healthcare, higher education, and NGO sectors internationally, and has worked on varied engagements with Principia, including professional services, SMEs, professional ethics, leadership ethics, and healthcare.

Katherine has extensive teaching, coaching, and implementation experience in theoretical, practical, and professional ethics, and in ethical decision-making.
