Sriram Sridharan
Senior Associate
Sriram is a Senior Associate at Principia, where he specializes in applying insights from behavioral science to promote ethical culture and leadership.
He is a law student focused on improving public systems and safety net policy to address socio-economic disparities in the U.S. His most recent experience was with ideas42, a non-profit design firm that uses behavioral science to address complex social problems. There, he focused on redesigning child welfare systems and public benefits, and assessed the inequitable effects of law, policy and processes.
Sriram is currently pursuing his law degree (J.D.) at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law. He also holds an M.A in Behavioral and Decision Sciences and a B.A in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
